Brushy Creek Regional Trail is a hike and bike trail that runs through the cities of Cedar Park, Austin, and Round Rock in central Texas. The trail is part of the Parks and Recreation Department's trail system.

Visitors can enjoy nature, history, and scenery while on the trail. There are numerous natural, scenic and relaxing sights along this about 7.75-mile, largely concrete trail. The trail also passes by some key historical landmarks.

The parks along the trail offer a variety of amenities, including playgrounds, restrooms, and picnic areas, that make it a perfect place to take a break. The trail is also great for birdwatching, as there are many species of birds that can be seen along the way. The trail also links to residential and commercial areas, like the La Frontera shopping center, making it a convenient place to walk or ride a bike for errands or recreation.

If you are in the Round Rock area, you can visit the Brushy Creek Regional Trail by taking the following steps:

  • Drive to the La Frontera shopping center and park in the lot near Dick's Sporting Goods.
  • Head north on the trail, away from the shopping center.
  • Enjoy your time on the trail!

The Brushy Creek Regional Trail is a great option for those who want to enjoy the outdoors while still being close to the conveniences of the city. So whether you're a local or just visiting the area, be sure to check out this scenic trail.
