Play for All Abilities Park

The Play for All Abilities Park is located at 151 North A.W. Grimes Blvd. The park entrance is located under the railroad bridge on the east side of A.W. Grimes Blvd, just north of Palm Valley Blvd. The park is open daily from sunrise to sunset.


The Play for All Abilities Park is an inclusive playground that provides opportunities for children of all abilities to play together. The playground features include:


  • A sensory garden with a variety of tactile experiences
  • A music garden with a variety of instruments
  • A water play area
  • A sand play area
  • A swingset
  • A climbing structure
  • A zip line


The main mission of the Play for All Abilities Park is to provide a place where children of all abilities can play together. The playground is designed to accommodate children with a wide range of disabilities. The playground is also a great place for neurotypical children to play and learn about inclusion.


The Play for All Abilities Park was made possible by a partnership between the City of Round Rock and the Round Rock Rotary Club. The park was built in 2010 and has been enjoyed by children (and adults!) ever since.
